What a Production Fixer in Medellín Actually Handles
We handle the ground side of a shoot so your crew can stay on the camera. That means we scout locations, cast local talent, arrange transport, coordinate security on filming days, and route a production from one city to the next. We scale the team to the job, from a two-person crew to a full unit.

Adventure, Travel, and Lifestyle Productions
This is our core lane. We came up running private adventure tours, so we already know the terrain these shoots want: paragliding launches, mountain roads, rivers, the desert in La Guajira, the islands off the Caribbean coast. We get a crew to the location and back, and we usually know what a location delivers on camera before you spend a shoot day on it.
Experiential Production, Events, and Brand Activations
We also produce experiential and event shoots. In Cartagena we have coordinated multi-activity client programs that ran a skydive, a marathon, an open-water swim, and a stack of brand experiences inside one compressed schedule. When the plan changes mid-event, and it always does, we re-cut the logistics on the spot.

Multi-Region Delivery Across Colombia
Yes, we run a single production across several Colombian regions without resetting at each stop. A recent shoot moved Bogotá to Medellín to Santa Cruz del Islote to Cartagena and did not lose a day to logistics. We cover the Andean cities, the Caribbean coast, and La Guajira. One coordinator stays with the production the whole way, so nothing starts from zero when the city changes.

Recent Work
In 2026 we worked as local fixer, production coordinator, and driver for a German television production filming a major lifestyle program. The shoot ran ten days across Bogotá, Medellín, Santa Cruz del Islote, and Cartagena, covering arrival logistics, multiple city segments, an island shoot, and the coast.
