No prior experience required for paragliding!

Before take-off your pilot will explain:

The harness basics, how to sit comfortably once you’re in the air
Take-off instructions, very simple, once you’re given the command take a few steps forward and before you know it, you’re flying!
How to hold the GoPro camera and get the best shots and angles.
Landing procedure, also very simple, just feet up and you’ll land softly.
