Waiver and Media Consent

I acknowledge that participation in outdoor adventure activities offered by Guanabana Tours S.A.S. (including but not limited to ATV, paragliding, rafting, canyoning, hiking, skydiving, jet ski, horseback riding, and other similar experiences) involves inherent risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, even those arising from the negligence of others, and I take full responsibility for my participation. I certify that I am physically fit, have not been advised against participation by a medical professional, and have no health conditions that would interfere with my ability to safely take part in the activity. I agree to release and hold harmless Guanabana Tours S.A.S., its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that are in any way connected with my participation, including any claims that allege negligent acts or omissions. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement.
